TAG TAG was inspired by the moisture-activated adhesive used on postage stamps and envelopes, which is also low in cost and food safe. Targeting the ‘tag dropping’ problem, it provides a simple and convenient way to fix one’s teabag tag to their cup. One side of the tag is coated with adhesive, which becomes sticky when water is applied.

TAG TAG was designed as a tear-off unit – as part of a strip of tags with perforated tear lines. This design makes production much simpler and more streamlined. TAG TAG does not involve the invention of a new product; rather, it introduces a natural and spontaneous action – something that will bring more pleasure to tea time.
