An electric fan enhances the airflow and coolness, which is healthier and more energy efficient than using an air-conditioner. However, most fan structures have a stand and oscillate along a horizontal U-shape axis. Prior to use, the stand position needs to be taken care of and the fan direction has to be adjusted. Most fan structures are also limited by the built-in oscillation angle, and thus, are not able to direct airflow in certain angles. Convection challenges the traditional structure of electric fans. The aim is to create a fan without a stand, but one that is still capable of reaching 8 to 10 angles while staying stable. Users can adjust the direction of the fan easily without worrying about the stability of the stand. The fan blades also have to be safe to touch and thus, silicon rubber blades are used. Lastly, since the design needs to flip, rotate, and turn all the time, it is not ideal for a power cord to connect to the motor housing, Instead, batteries and a USB charger are used. The fan can continue to do its job while it is charging up.
