A gas cooker is a common hiking accessory, however, its circular base is often unstable unless it is placed flat on the ground. A tripod-style design will give a three-point stability but existing stands have limited leveling adjustment abilities, they fit poorly on different brands of canisters, and they do not fit inside hiking cookers. This stand provides a solution by clipping under the curve of the canister with a three-point magnetic clasp. It does not protrude below the base so that it can also be used on flat ground without being unfolded. Each leg is height-adjustable with a simple twist, enabling the stand to be placed securely even on sloped or uneven ground. When cooking, the weight of the pot pushes the three legs together to grip the canister tightly. This ensures a stable platform and also enables the stand to automatically adjust for the slight difference in canister sizes between manufacturers. The design uses the weight of the pot and the hinged leg design to grip the canister. The magnetic clip only holds the stand to the canister, and nothing more.
