It’s time to redefine a great spatula (turner) for users seeking more ergonomically friendly kitchen environments cooking with woks.
Because the sidewall of a wok is much higher than a frying pan, it is difficult for users to maneuver a spatula (turner) by bending their arm in a very steep angle while cooking with a wok. This would easily cause muscle soreness and shoulder pain.
