Shinsegae department store is the Korea’s representative department store that tried to provide the leading and differentiated service in the market.
Recently, development of the mobile environment, various changes occurred in consumer’s shopping experience. Therefore, we set up ‘The innovation of mobile shopping experience’ as a goal of the project.
We tried to provide personal shopping experience in customer oriented aspect by delivering emotional messages in home main screen.
In the concept keyword of ‘Sophisticated, Wit, Moderation’, we kept simple and light moderation with white and black color maintained Shinsegae department store’s modern and sophisticated image.
