Customers use L.POINT membership service to save and use points when they buy something at the store.
Basically, we have completed the L.Point service with the 3 goals as follows; Making customers show barcode easily, making them open L.Point often, making them do something meaningful.
It has designed the barcode to be quickly retrieved from the widget or all pages through shaking gesture. Personalization has also been enhanced. We tried to communicate with customers using member’s specific data base. We delivered the good news in main page following to customer’s situation; Win the events or get coupons as a gift etc.
We composed the missions like a campaign that can take care of customer’s health with daily task; “DRINKING WATER EVERY 4HOURS”, “WALKING 10,000 STEPS A DAY”, “SELECTING HEALTHY FOOD” ETC. Customers can get reward points after achieving these missions.
From these missions, “WALKING 10,000 STEPS A DAY” is the mission you can donate points to charity as long as you walk over 10,000 steps a day. Especially this mission, as a result, fundraising amount increased over 10 times compared to the previous records.
