HOCH5 – The Magazine

Does a gourmet magazine need big adverts? Detailed recipes? Rules, guidelines and constraints? The HOCH5 Magazine does not need any of that.
The only thing it needs is stories; ones from Münster, in this case. Stories all about the indulgence of food. 96 pages thick, but certainly not adding any thickness to the waistline.
The rule in our kitchen is no tins and the same applies to print: Nothing was made in advance. Everything is hand-crafted in-house.
It is a magazine for those to stick to a vegan diet, or those who enjoying tucking into a steak.
It is authentic – for both of them.
And for anyone else who takes to eating and drinking.
