Health AG has been a financial service provider for dentists. Now, the company wants to digitize dentists’ whole management. This target group has a passion for teeth, but they are not so much into managing. To get them enthusiastic, Health AG did something unique in this industry—and involved them in product development. Through Co-Evolution. This revolutionary approach was to be the foundation of the new branding. But which qualities does a design need to reflect all facets of Co-Evolution? It keeps evolving. It is modular. Digital. And dialogical. The result was presented at the trade fair IDS 2017: Co-Evolution live. The heart of it? An interactive table. We communicated shoulder-to-shoulder by using an extra-long ‘kitchen table’—because that is what defines the company: Listening. Understanding. And creating solutions that are intelligent and reliable. Each design detail reflects that: Interactive modules facilitated the discussions, archived ideas and notes, and through this expressed what the brand has to offer.
