Ice and fire: n’ice pen
For Faber-Castell, nature is not solely a generous provider of precious materials. It is a source of inspiration as it is ever-changing, creating endless new colours and shapes. The same is true of the barrel of the pen. It inspires many different associations, as was demonstrated during a recent school visit to the Faber-Castell workshops: ‘Looks like molten metal!’ and ‘It looks like a shimmering icicle!’ were some of the spontaneous reactions. The pen was also much admired for its futuristic design: ‘Innovative!’ ‘An ergodynamic form with a touch of luxury!’ In essence, the n’ice pen unites organic form with superlative design.
The plastic end cap, available in three colours, is a cheerful contrast to the chrome-plated barrel. White, Lime and Anthracite are perfect for any fashionable occasion. Its flexible clip secures the pen safely to an agenda or diary. The pen has a twist mechanism to extend and retract the black, very smooth-running refill.
