The HW6 lightweight foldable wheelchair has two innovative patents: a horizontal cross-brace, seagull-like, that fits under the seat, giving an open-frame feel that you would usually associate with a rigid wheelchair. The lightweight forged front casters with height and angle adjustability. The HW6 is equipped with the anti-pinch-point manual hand brake, the front bumper rolling guards, and the rear adjustable anti-tipper. By combining ergo engineering concepts with carbon fiber technology, giving the advantages of the high vibration dampening characteristics of carbon fiber materials, the HW6 delivers an ultra lightweight frame and hand-rim that weights as little as 7.5 kg and maximizes the end-users’ speed with every push. The HW6 not only provides the end-users with the quick-released carbon fiber rear wheels with the central of gravity adjustability, but also has a backrest attachment, including a backward angle adjustable from 85 to 102 degree in just one handling. Size-wise, the HW6 allows the frame to greatly reduce in size and backrest to fold on the top of the seat. These features are “must have” advantages for the user who chooses a folding chair.
