sknife steak cutlery – forged in Emmental and completed by hand in the sknife knife manufactory in Biel. The blade is made of surgical steel – for knife lovers the blade exists also in torsion damask steel with over 1’000 layers. The handle is made of local stabilized – perfect for the use in gastronomy – ash tree or walnut wood. The surgical steel blade has a 4-times higher corrosion resistance and high hardness of 58 HRC. The products are developed in collaboration with top gastronomes and correlate therefor perfectly to the market requirements. Ergonomic cutting is guaranteed due to the flowing transition from the handle to the blade and thanks to the optimized design the cut surface is contactless.
