GarlicCard is the invention of the Swedish chef Herman Rasmuson and is a genuine alternative to regular, often difficult to clean garlic presses or razor-sharp kitchen graters. The plastic card has a specially embossed grating surface which allows for shredding garlic cloves quickly and without effort. GarlicCard is easy to handle, being only about the size of a credit card, and has a holding surface which is bent slightly upwards.
