With the new, compact cream whipper from Betty Bossi you can hand-whip up to 250 ml of fresh cream in under 30 seconds, eliminating the need for electric mixers or aerosol dispensers. The design comes with a number of practical features: cream does not splash out of the beaker during whipping and a line on the side shows maximum capacity. The whipper is easy to use and self-explanatory. Moving the handle up and down requires no force. Once you have whipped the cream, the lid and anti-slip base can be removed and the beaker placed on the table for serving. The base also doubles as a lid to keep leftovers fresh. The device can be dismantled quickly and easily into its individual parts for cleaning and is dishwasher-proof.
