The °SensoRed pan finally makes it possible to recognize the ideal frying temperature. The Marsala-colored frypan has thermo-sensitive nonstick sealing which indicates the ideal frying temperature by the changing color of the entire inner surface. While the cold frying surface has a different color than the speckles, it increasingly assumes the color of those speckles as it heats up. As soon as the ideal temperature is reached the speckles can barely be perceived any longer. The effect is reversible, and as the frying surface cools, the coloring returns to its original tone.
