Designed to meet the efficiency and precision of the ZEISS brand, the ZS-20012 combines design and manufacturing innovation with hi-tech materials.
The objective was to create an undeniably contemporary frame with a gentle nod to styling of the mid-20th century, yet benefiting the latest developments in eyewear technology.
The classic front, with larger eye shapes/keyhole bridge moves round into slender, understated sides.
The design, process and materials ensure the comfort, fit and durability are outstanding.
Utilising a new process in quality plastic injection moulding allows a 3D ‘mask’ to match the curve of the human face and, most importantly, the shape of the nose. From this, the final eye shape is cut.
The front plastic material (TX5) is 25% lighter than regular acetate, minimising weight on the nose. Sides are constructed from Beta Titanium bringing further lightness, flexibility, strength and durability in an ultra-thin profile.
The ZS-20012 is available in two eye sizes and six colours.
