The range adopts a modular platform design approach allowing customisation & sensitivity for specific local requirements around the globe, while enabling reuse in hardware & software for scale & simplicity. The design is guided by Honeywell’s newly created design language signatures for the home. This has helped craft a unique & elegant aesthetic using simple round or rectangular forms with optimised sound & visual interactions. The design direction is sympathetic to the homes’ context and considers often opposing traditional or contemporary interiors and exteriors. The new doorbell range benefits both the family & the visitor by addressing specific segment needs – be that avoiding missed deliveries while enjoying time garden, knowing who’s at the door for peace of mind, preventing a newborn being disturbed during nap time or assisting the hard of hearing so they don’t miss a visitor.
