The new BLANCO AirServe Trolleys provide for perfect thermal separation of the food on a tray during food distribution in hospitals and care facilities. Hot food stays really hot and cold food stays fresh with active hot air and active convection cooling.
The new generation is visually impressive thanks to its self-confident, timeless design. Door panels in fresh colours create a positive mood at the station and can be individually adapted to existing furniture. Cross-brand corporate design characteristics, like the embossed logo and the BLANCO Control controller were consistently implemented.
In addition, the trolleys also offer functional, ergonomic and ecological optimisations. For example, the doors for the cold and the hot compartment can be opened separately and without losing a lot of energy. Thanks to the asymmetrical interior concept and the ingenious trays in the Gastronorm format, hot and cold portions of a meal can be flexibly varied and nevertheless transported safely. Operation is straightforward and supported with easily identifiable symbols. The individual parts can be removed without tools in a few simple steps for cleaning.
