The aero sphere fan looks very different according to the angle, but the design is actually very simple, consisting of a honeycomb of holes passing through the fan. One of its characteristics is the thickness of the plastic resin shell, which is formed through a process using foamed plastics & polypropylene. This thickness combines with ribs inside the air channels to make the fan safe enough to hold when it is working. Inside the shell is an energy-saving brushless DC motor. The thickness of the plastic shell directs the flow of air, ensuring that the breeze travels a good distance despite maximum power consumption of only about 5.8 W. A controller enables remote operation.
