development of a communication concept, allowing employees, associates and customers an intuitive insight of union investment’s believes and values. the concept includes three elements. the first element reveals in 19 spatial graphics, 19 varying dreams, ideas, sketches of the city frankfurt. the second part is a flexible orientation system. it is able to react to future changes in the building. the third element is an extensive exhibition. it shows humankind and its development in understanding the organisational system of nature. the flexibility of union investment was the basis of the concept and primary requirement of the orientation system. it should be able to react to any changes modular, without sacrificing functional as for its design quality. this was part of the corporate culture as a frame-condition for the orientation system because departments at regular time change floors. seven different shield strengthen form the basis for the individual topographical settings that change from floor to floor.
