The company RP-Technik was founded by its owner Reinald Pasedag with a
small, yet highly-motivated team of employees. The company philosophy
combines innovative technology with state-of-the-art design,
functionalities, and surpassing quality, which was very quickly honoured
by the market leading to continual further development.
In early 2010 the new built company building was completed. This expands the luminaire production to more than 5.000 m2.

Already in 2001, the establishment of a second production hall
in Thuringia was finally completed. Today, RP-Technik has more than 140
employees at 2 locations with over 7.000 m2 of production area and is
one of the leading manufacturers of emergency power systems in Germany.

Its own development department ensures that all products correspond
with the most recent state-of-the-art. New technologies are tested here
and implemented in innovative, forward-looking developments. Thanks to
the use of the latest CAD and assembly systems, it is now possible for
us to develop high-quality products in close collaboration with our
customers.

An example of this is the increasingly frequent
implementation of LED technology, which will also revolutionise the
market of the future. The environmentally-friendly technology has a
constructive lifecycle of over 50 years. A team of optimally trained service
technicians is also available for our customers. An internal quality
assurance system ensures that only impeccable, high-quality products
leave the company.

During the past years, particular attention was given to optimising the following factors:

Increasing the overall quality with a fair pricing policy
Reliable electronics by means of SMD assembly
Expansion of the design possibilities
Reduction of the installation times at the customer’s location by means of simplified installation technology

The power systems plant in Saalfeld has been certified by the german TÜV

In July 2014 the development, manufacturing and the distribution of
emergency lighting systems and batteries was certified by the DEKRA in
accordance to ISO9001:2008
