As a leader in technology on the world market, Fette Compacting manufactures tablet presses for all industry branches, in particular specializing in high-performance machines for the pharmaceutical and chemical industries. The company sees itself as a provider of systems, and develops and produces all devices and tools for tablet production, from the press punches to the computer-controlled tablet press to the isolators.

In Schwarzenbek (near Hamburg), where the company is located along with its main production facility, daily over 80 engineers work on further improving the company's high-tech machines. These engineering innovations are a critical component in making the production of pharmaceuticals more efficient and more flexible. A prime example for this is the new FE55 tablet press. It sets new industry standards in three key areas: productivity, flexibility and availability. This has considerably improved the cost-effectiveness of the entire tableting process.

A close-knit network guarantees perfect service for this technology, and customers will be able to access all important competencies of the company through this network—worldwide. This network comprises seven subsidiaries located in the USA (Rockaway, NJ), Latin America (Campinas, Brazil), India (Goa), China (Nanjing), Southeast Asia (Singapore), Spain (Tres Cantos) and France, as well as over 40 agencies worldwide, providing all relevant services from consultation to installation, maintenance and servicing.

Additionally, Fette Compacting is the only manufacturer of tablet presses with a technical field staff specialized in all aspects of tableting. With over 50 field staff available worldwide and 30 members of staff in different countries, we can guarantee that for our customers, a service technician is always nearby.
