Coffee and in particular alcohol are not recommended. They create stress in our bodies and weaken our immune system. This makes us more susceptible to catching colds in the colder time of year. Of course there is no problem with moderate consumption. Because an evening spent with friends, cooking together and drinking a glass of red wine, can also be good for our health and balm for the soul. So counteract any seasonal depression with lots of joie de vivre.
