In ancient China, people called the moon as a “ jade plate”.The full moon is like a wheel, a plate or a mirror, and the softness of water has infiltrated the texture and layering of the moon.

Using the sparkling reflection of moon on the water as the image, we design two different plate sets, which have different wave and lighting texture, with metal processing to show the softness of water, making the image of “the moon on the water” reappears in life.

The bending half moon, simultaneously shows features of sheet metal forming and the feeling of taking the ware by hands.
