The Meg-Project is a washbasin collection designed by Antonio Pascale. The collection is a fusion between function and an essential aesthetic, made possible through technical evolution (the edges‘ thickness is reduced). Function, aesthetics and technology merged in one product.
The collection’s most interesting characteristic is the way in which water flows inside the basin. There are wooden ledges and slits that disguise the way in which the water ebbs away.
This way, the wooden ledges that were used in traditional washbasins gather a new aesthetical function and become the principal element in the collection.
