What do you understand by good communication design?
Good communication design understands the sender, the message and its meaning down to the smallest detail and gives what has been grasped a shape that is as effective and attractive as possible. In doing so, there is always a playful and an interfering component. If nothing else, good communication design is always based on a well-thought-out strategy.
Why did you become a communication designer?
Our common denominator could be described as a tremendous fascination with all the possible forms our visual culture can take. Add to that the desire to do something meaningful – and, of course, to improve the entire world forever.
What inspires you?
Actually, practically everything. Perhaps the negative, the untoward, the nuisances are sometimes more inspiring than the beautiful, the good and the true.
